The food was super filling and flavorful, drinks were great too. It made go back for seconds. Customer service was also great!

I visited this location on Monday, April 13 around 4:45 PM with my husband, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we walked in, a Hispanic woman was trying to explain that her order was incorrect, but the employee at the front counter ignored her and handed her the order anyway. Shortly after, a Hispanic man behind us attempted to order while pointing at the menu, and the same employee was dismissive and repeatedly misunderstood him. We ended up helping him place his order. A few moments later, the woman returned very upset because she found a bug in her drink. We helped her communicate this to the employee, who showed no apology or concern and appeared annoyed. Although a refund was given, the employee initially gave the wrong change and kept $6 until we spoke up. I’ve been to this location multiple times, but this experience was very concerning. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and especially the way customers with limited English were treated made me uncomfortable. On top of that, finding a bug in a drink raises serious health concerns. Overall, I’m very disappointed and hope management addresses both the service and cleanliness issue

I love coming to Boba Queen because their egg waffles are honestly some of my favorites, especially with taro or cream cheese filling. I drive all the way from the east side just for them, and I visit pretty often. Unfortunately, they’ve repeatedly missed the fillings in my egg waffles. Today was especially disappointing. I ordered two egg waffles, one with taro and one with cream cheese, and after waiting 30 minutes, both came out with no fillings at all. I’m even okay with the long wait, but I really wish they would make sure the order is correct. They did refund me, which I appreciate, but I still spent 30 minutes waiting and drove all that way for nothing, such a disappointment!!

Cute and clean! Ordered the Taro Boba & it was delish! My teenangel enjoyed her Mango Tea Boba as well!

This was my first visit to Boba Queen, and it was quite pleasant. The young lady working the register was so sweet and answered all my questions. What I ordered; Taro Milk tea w/ Boba 50% sugar... I don't like drinks that are too sweet. I asked to sample the Taro Boba and whew I wasn't a fan because of its sweetness. I opted out of the Taro Boba and went with the traditional! Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken was so good. Seasoned and fried to perfection with fresh basil leaves. I asked for sauce, and she told me that it doesn't come with a sauce, but they season it really well. Internally, I rolled my eyes because I mean, I like dipping sauce, but I was pleasantly surprised. She was right! I really enjoyed the snack, and I'm looking forward to visiting again for the Torikatsu!
